Very ghetto in gave me a truck with broken headlights In no moving ramp no refund either for the inconvenience
Using U-haul app made it easy and convenient to access the rental truck. Customer service was on point. I will recommend this location and will return.
The customer service is great at this location. The staff are friendly and helpful. The 15 foot truck I rented was practically new with under 800 miles on it giving me more than enough confidence in my trip out of state. The only complaint I have is that the truck I rented had 10 miles to empty and the nearest gas stations charge $.50 more per gallon than anywhere in the suburbs so I had no choice but to pay premium prices.
Extremely poor experience at U-Haul Moving & Storage of New Center on W. Baltimore in Detroit. I reserved a 26' truck about a week in advance for an 11:30 a.m. pickup and arrived around 11:15. Because of repeated issues at the location, I did not leave until approximately 12:30 p.m. Despite losing about an hour of my reserved moving time because of U-Haul's own delays, no accommodation or additional rental time was offered.
