You’ll be waiting forever. The staff here has no sense of urgency. Lazy. And will literally see you and run away. After he filled out the paperwork he literally got back on his phone. This place sucks
Amazing people working there! Beautiful building and easy to move things on the carts. We were moving in our 26ft truck for 8 hours and it wasn’t a bad time. We enjoyed being there and the people were so nice and helpful. Big shout out to the gentleman who helped me because even under the pressure of all the chaos at noon when everyone was there he gracefully helped everyone in a professional manner. I’d give 10 stars if I could!
