Very nice, friendly, and great excellent people
It’s fine if you don’t need to talk to anyone. The staff feel zero urgency, doesn’t matter how many people are in line. One worker sat on their phone until I said “can you help me?” Then finished their Snapchat conversation before helping me. Others pass by even though there’s a line, when I ask if there’s someone to help, they ignore me. It should be so much easier.
Poor customer service. Need heavy improvements.

Smooth and easy truck rental process all around, shout out to Morgan who kindly helped us out huge when we forgot an important item in the van and she retrieved it for us the next day!
