Showed up here to pick up my reservation after the U-Haul representative said they were open until 7. I tell them it’s almost an hour away, but it’s 555, so I jump in the car and get down there. I got there at 655 and they start the rental, verify my phone numbers then tell me they can’t rent to me because they are closing. They refused to give me a discount if I show up to rent from them tomorrow and told me it was corporates fault and to contact them.
