Very easy, I was in and out.
I was unexpectedly changed from a one-way trip to a two-way rental, which could have resulted in some outrageous fees. However, Andrew went above and beyond to help me figure everything out and avoid those charges. He was very patient, made several calls on my behalf, and in the end, I didn’t have to pay any additional fees. I really appreciate Andrew’s excellent customer service and willingness to help. I would definitely recommend this U-Haul location to anyone looking to rent a trailer!
The place is very convenient to my house.
So I went to the U-Haul over here and I had the pleasure of speaking with a gentleman named David. He’s a wonderful guy had me in and out of there no problem. I even had to extend a rental for him it wasn’t a problem. The guy is perfect. He gave me direction how to dispose of used mattresses free. He really goes above and beyond. Keep it up you’re doing great David I appreciate you. Thank you so much..
Not the fault of the staff at this location, but I made an appointment weeks ago with U-Haul to have a bike rack hitch installed on my vehicle today (Saturday). But when I got to this facility, they told me they don't have anyone to install hitches on Saturdays. If you make an appointment with U-Haul, be sure to call the location at which you have a reservation directly to make sure they are able to carry out the promised service at the date and time agreed on!
