They gave me The truck with empty fuel and I drove for 16 miles , I put 2 gallons back to the truck then I returned them they charged me for 4 gallons with fuel service , I got pictures before and after I returned U-Haul , fell like cheating on customer service ,
Truck was not available at agreed upon time and wasn't helpful in resolving the issue. Do not waste your time here.
Trailer was clean and usable but it is VERY obvious that the trailer was in an accident as the ball receiver is mangled and in no way centered to the attaching shaft. The people I worked with were great and extremely helpful / attentive and all of them deserve a raise! :)
