I recently rented a cargo trailer from U-Haul to carry our group’s luggage from San Diego to Sedona. The trailer was in great shape, and the employees were friendly and helpful. I would have happily written a positive review if no emergency had happened. But it had. Unfortunately, my car broke down on a highway in Arizona. I had to tow my car to a local mechanic, and a kind local helped tow the trailer to our place in Sedona.
