Do not install your hitch here. The technician dented our bumper, leaving a long mark. They obviously do not take pride in their work and do not care about your vehicle. Now I worry whether they actually installed the hitch properly. You may like to consider spending extra $120+ at a local trailer supply company, who came highly recommended by several auto industry vendors. I went there yesterday (5/21) to get a small storage since Im selling my current place and dont have a place to go yet while my agent shows my place. And the staff was so rude. I dont know his name but I will never go there again incase hes there again. Rent at your own risk!!!! I’ve rented a pick up truck a few times at this location for my business while my pick up truck is getting serviced at the mechanic shop. I was overcharged the first time, which seemed as an honest mistake and was fixed. Second rental experience was great. However, I had the worst customer service experience this week with Gilberto.
