The rental process for the trailer went well. I have rented trailers a number of times in the past and never had to buy and adapter to make the electrical work on the car. This time, I had to buy the adapter. I have several at home and would have brought one had I known ahead of time, but had to buy one since it was easier than going home to save the $16. I wish that I had known, and I would have been prepared. Alas, you got me for the price of an adapter but I will remember for next time and tell others. I am in an industry... read more
The General Manager and employee this weekend (I am so sorry. I do not remember their names because I am horrible with names) went ABOVE and BEYOND for us, and they did not have to. I cannot recommend this location enough! Definitely go see them.
Rashonda is amazing at this location. She made my rental and storage needs absolutely a first class experience. Highly recommend!
