A friend of ours used my wife as a contact person and during the course of her move had a accident that damaged the driver door making it impossible to close. She dropped it off at a different uhaul location. My wife gets a phone call from the manager almost yelling at my wife threatening to have her placed on a no rental list
This storage facility is FULL of roaches!! Every piece of furniture i placed into storage had roaches falling out of my stuff! I couldn't use anything at my new place. Complete waste of my stuff to only throw away. The bathroom had roaches crawling all over the walls and when walking thru the halls they will run in front of you. Don't place anything here unless you want to take them with you. The staff-Armando was a great person to work with but this place needs to do better with their pest control.
I have used this location for many years, and I never have any issues with the trucks or the employees.
Booked a pick up truck for use and the staff identified a nail in the tire and wouldnt let me have the truck but gave me a bigger truck at the same rates which I was able to do everything in 1 move!! Huge shout out to Armando for the great communications skills before , during and after. This location and team highly recommended.
Armando was excellent! He made sure I had everything I needed to make my moving process as easy as possible! He made sure my check out experience was fast and easy! Great customer service!!10/10
