The customer service I received from Armando was absolutely incredible. He was very helpful and provided all the information I needed to get me set up with a storage unit. Positive attitude and overall just a genuinely happy person. Thanks Armando! Aside from the customer service I received. This location is very clean and has multiple security features to ensure safety and security for the storage units. Also they have 24 hour access available.

I reserved an 8’ pick up truck and got confirmation email, show up the next day (15 min early) to get it and the lady working said all I have is a cargo van. I showed her my reservation and she said well looks like someone got here before you I can’t tell you why it let you book that. Because this is the only option I take it. I drop the van off and wait outside because sign says wait by vehicle. Lady outside tells me to go inside.
