There is nothing to improve, this location sets the highest standards for all other stores. Customer service is awesome, vehicles in mmaculate condition, overall process of renting from this Uhaul on multiple occasions has been great 👏
We went to another U-Haul Accross town to rent a 5x8 trailer to take to Minnesota. When we connected the trailer plug for lights, there was no power. So we were sent to McKellips Rd. U-Haul to ask for their trailer specialist. It was then we met Brett. Even though the trailer specialist was not on duty, Brett came out to help us trouble shoot… he got under the SUV to check the wiring. Then helped us find the 4 fuses in the fuse box for the trailer. A friend of ours used my wife as a contact person and during the course of her move had a accident that damaged the driver door making it impossible to close. She dropped it off at a different uhaul location. My wife gets a phone call from the manager almost yelling at my wife threatening to have her placed on a no rental list
