Booked a pick up truck for use and the staff identified a nail in the tire and wouldnt let me have the truck but gave me a bigger truck at the same rates which I was able to do everything in 1 move!! Huge shout out to Armando for the great communications skills before , during and after. This location and team highly recommended.

This place is immaculate and has amazing staff. I needed a storage unit quick, and they were able to get me taken care of. Sean and his staff deserve a raise!
My experience at this U-Haul location on Saturday was extremely frustrating and disappointing. The employees were unprofessional and openly complaining about their system being down—apparently, this happens often on the last Saturday of the month. One employee pointed out that a driver's license number hadn’t been entered on a contract, and the other just shrugged it off, saying, "I typed it in at least four times.
