Poor customer service. They put a lock on my storage because I was 5 days late on my payment. I then paid it and the lock has still been on my storage for 7 days. I call to talk to someone and they continue to put me on hold. I held for 35 minutes before I just hung up. Update: Took them 9 days to take the lock off my unit after I paid my storage n a $20 late fee for 5 days. Where is my late fee for the inconvenience this has caused
These guys were generous and attentive when we had to find a storage facility quickly after a flood. Some other locations were not as helpful. Highly recommend
