Promt service. Neded to rent car dolly and call to check availability. All was set in few minutes with ease. Very good assistance with hook up dolly to the towing car.

Mmm perhaps the guys in the evening shift, could be more friendly or show more interest in helping out the customer when the equipment return is done.
I thought U haul was reliable and trustworthy, but not only is the costumer service bad at this location, but also the equipment is in bad condition, drove 2 hours away to pick a car to find out the metal ratchet buckle was completely oxidized and had a very hard time securing it, didn’t feel safe at all, for a company that’s been around for years it’s disappointing. Last time I use there service.
