Avoid this location at all costs! If you have to rent here,better be here an hour earlier so you don’t get late on your schedule! They pay one guy to take care of all works for this big location! Angel was doing his best but anyways it took 1 hour from 7 am to 8am to rent a trailer I am late for work and I am paying two of my guys for that one hour! You should state on your rental agreement , Arrive one hour earlier because we cut labor force to maximize the profit!
I use this place often because they are close and have alot of options for trailers. Most of the employees on the other hand are useless, lazy and unprofessional.
There is nothing that this location needs to do to improve customer service. They have it on LOCK! I cannot thank the team at the Melrose Park U-Haul location enough for helping to make my move incredibly smooth. From hitching my trailer to the U-Haul truck to instructing me on driving my vehicle onto the trailer, the folks here are AMAZING! Thank you, thank you, thank you!! I would HIGHLY recommend this location.
That lady in front was really nice, I like this location cause they have all kind of equipment to rent, other locations are smaller and don’t have equipment!
