I don’t understand why I am standing here with several others, as a customer in line, while the uhaul counter is just answering every phone call that come in before severing customers. I’ve been standing here for 23 minutes. We’re all leaning on the boxes that we’ve been standing so long. Please respect my time. 2 stars since I’ve had other times this was not a problem
