I needed a hitch installed on my car and Danny helped me at Medford U-Haul they told me it would take 3-4 hours and I was out in an hour and a half. He is awesome!! Thank you so much!
Dan at U-Haul is so knowledgeable when it comes to installing hitches. He put on a hitch to my Camaro sport car..so happy he was able to do that and willing. He said no problem. You know exactly what parts to use to do it. I'm happy I can order the bike rack for my ebike now. So excited to finally ride. Nothing too heavy obviously for my car just one bike is fine. U-Haul should be happy to have these kinds of workers. He was very nice speaking to and I felt reassured. Knew he would do a great job. Thank you Dan!
The whole service was excellent! I can't thank enough to the guy that helped me setup the trailer in my truck, he was friendly, polite, very professional and even taught me how to do it on my own if I ever need it for the future. I will definitely come back if I need the services; the reservation process was easy, fast and when I need it a flexible time for pickup, they didn't complain and helped me. Thanks everyone at Uhaul Medford!!
Clean, helpful and friendly staff. We’ve used this facility twice and it was great both times. I would use them again if needed in the future
