Fine overall, but the app has a lot of issues. It was difficult and really frustrating to be stuck in the cold trying to do the truck return with the form constantly restarting. When i reached out to the live chat the agent said i could send the pictures to her and she would waive fees but the app wouldn't even let me send the pictures to the chat and i never got a response when i told the agent that i couldnt send the photos.
