Exceptional experience. Agent that assisted me at McAdams location at the start of rental was excellent. Friendly, professional and very informative. He even backed the van up to where I could just pull forward out of the parking lot. When I turned in the van, the agent checking in the van was awesome too! Super friendly. I highly recommend this location!!!

This Uhaul has great customer service. Everybody is worked with was super helpful and even though I was under a lot of stress and strain from a horrible move where I got almost no help, the guys working at UHaul were always there to help me and answer questions. I would recommend both renting vans, trucks and storage space because I ended up using all of this plus bought boxes, tape, a lock they had it all.
