The Satff was very professional and courteous the establishment was clean and welcoming also
Beware they do not hire the brightest managers to run this location. After the initial check in process I realized my total was much higher than I anticipated, with zero explanation. I was given no receipt, which alarmed me even further. After accessing my account online, I noticed a $28 fuel adjustment fee before I was even given the U-Haul along with an unauthorized $30 insurance fee.
