The Satff was very professional and courteous the establishment was clean and welcoming also
Beware they do not hire the brightest managers to run this location. After the initial check in process I realized my total was much higher than I anticipated, with zero explanation. I was given no receipt, which alarmed me even further. After accessing my account online, I noticed a $28 fuel adjustment fee before I was even given the U-Haul along with an unauthorized $30 insurance fee. This is my second review. My short time having a unit here was handled extremely well by the staff. Ms.Jasmine and the gentleman alongside her were punctual and adamant about service. Any problem or concern that may occur is handled promptly. All while remaining hospitable. If they go above and beyond for customers, it should positively reflect on their employment status and/or pay rate. Again, thank you guys so much. #unit2k
