All the staff is very professional, friendly and helpful. They take their time explaining you and also they really engage with the customers. You know that it is going to be a long day ahead (moving) and they throw you a couple jokes to make you feel better! Thank you so much
Awesome place & service
Getting the vehicle was fine, but trumped up charges after the rental made this basically a scam. If you rent from this place take a picture of the gas gauge, the odometer, and anything else you can think of so that you can dispute the charges they will try to add. Place can be understaffed which can make service slow as well. Whatever you do, watch them check the vehicle back in even if they say you don't need to. If you can help it, you would be well off to use a different location of UHaul or use a different company.
