Never going to come back!!! Using Uhaul a lot, first time was at this location. Usually i taking 5 min to get auto transport and be on road. Did reservation online and express check in also to get it faster but it took me almost 40 min before i left. It was morning and I only one customer. Lady (Michelle Allen) was rude, unfriendly, unprofessional and made everything complicated.
