We reserved our truck days ago to be picked up at 8AM. Even called and confirmed it the day before yesterday. We arrive a few minutes after 8 to be told the truck isn’t there and won’t be for another 20-30 minutes. We have planned this entire day out down to the half hour with two different sets of movers, as we are moving 4 hours away. AVOID!!! Very POOR customer service!! Bad experience!! After being a regular customer for years of renting trailers, buying supplies and renting a unit the NEW manager does not have any customer service and is rude. If you like this kind of treatment than this is the place for you but if you want a company that treats customers like they are an asset than AVOID this UHAUL on HWY 121 lewisville. Katy is Mgr a new Mgr and has a very poor customer service.
You know that really old 8 day rental trailer you rented me, leaks so I couldn't actually put furniture in it also one of the 4 bald tires blew on interstate 65 so I'm sitting here on the side of a 4 lane highway waiting for the roadside assistance I paid for....
Easiest rental I have done yet! I've used U-Haul location's all over the DFW metro - plex, and THIS location was so easy! Inexpensive! And worth IT! THANK YOU for ALL your courtesy, service, and updated technology that made this rental rapid, speedy, and enjoyable! I'll be back when I NEED YOU!
