Don’t rely on info that says this location has a 24/7 key drop off. The app plus the customer service people on the telephone said there is a 24/7 key drop off. There is not. So now we have a key and are unable to drop it off while at work. You can’t get through to the office on the phone to let them know or to make arrangements, and the main U-Haul number cannot contact them either.
My move-in was easy. The lock was in my storage unit as promised. The staff was nice; no complaints.
I made a reservation 20 days ago and today (the day before my move) they are saying there are no trucks available and I can pick up a truck an hour south of here. If moving wasn't bad enough already.
Maps says for supplies the location is open 24 x 7. I went to the location and downloaded the app, but only the storage is open store is not open for I the supplies
