It was 6pm on a Friday and I needed a trailer to pick up furniture just purchased at a store for a cabin in a remote area 3 hrs away. Bobby got all the paperwork done and hooked up the trailer, but the lights wouldn't work. He tried everything, but nothing seemed to work. I reserved a trailer, canceled it, then found out they didn't cancel it. That could have cost me $50 if I didn't again call in the next day and made sure it was again cancelled. Yikes, is that how they still make their money off of people? That's a little scary.
