Shawn was great. efficient, pleasant and helpful. the 5x9 trailer was very well maintained. almost new tires. hitch looked very new. location was close to highway. very pleasant experience. pickup was no longer than 15 minutes.
They was nice but need a bigger unit they gave me the wrong size thats all but very happy

I had a very rough moving experience recently when our closing date got delayed and we were stuck in limbo for almost a week with all our stuff on a moving truck. The guys at the Holyoke U-Haul facility were so nice and helpful in dealing with me and all my stress! They helped me coordinate with our movers to get everything unloaded from the truck into the self storage facility, and then we got every back onto the truck a week later and into our new house.
