I reserved a cargo van mobile pickup. Typically, this process makes things extremely seamless, you pick up keys and go! I like the convenience of this option. I’ve rented with Uhaul AT LEAST 6 times in the last decade and NEVER had a problem… Until I dealt with Marty from the Holyoke location. Marty was very unpleasant and rude.
