U Haul Holbrook gave me the worst experience renting a trailer.. Young woman August 15th 2021 started off with nasty mannerisms.. Then continued to hang up phone after misleading her supervisor.. Then they both got cult like and refused business.. Already had reservation.. Had to call another location with no problems.. Something has to be done about Holbrook.. Can’t believe that’s a business ran.. More like a Mom& POP thing.. No professionalism.. Please fire someone...!!!
RecommendedLove this place for the availability of equipment and how quickly they get me going. Rented trailers there 3 times in the last two months and was satisfied every time. Great service and good people. Will be back again.
