Paid for the installation of Trailer Harness not realizing why my reverse lights no longer worked. after crawling under my truck I found that they had cut the main harness completely in half and cross wired the trailer harness and the taillights. Would not recomend
Installation was easy to schedule and the work was done a very timely manner. They did a great job of explaining the installation and were extremely friendly and helpful.
The staff was excellent with my visit today. Benjamin tried his hardest to take the ball off my hitch so I could rotate it to the higher side. And after I purchased an adapter for the lights to work on my new car with the trailer I have, he offered to install it for free.
Benjamin, the hitch installer, was awesome. Fast, friendly and with great customer service skills
