If there was a zero I would have clicked on it. Double charged our bill. Still no credit but they blame us. Claimed they had locks broken due to crushing them. Now I have items missing. General manager (Nikki Frey) should be fired. When they answer the phone they claim the manager is a woman the next time you call they say its a man. Lies Lies and more lies. Brad Ling should be overseeing the location. Anyone else have these issues? Add them!
