I don’t know the lady’s name that was at the counter when we picked up our moving truck/trailer, but she was not friendly at all. We were trying to ask her questions to make sure we had the right size truck we needed and all we got was short blank answers. She didn’t seem to even want to be bothered by our questions. Thank goodness I never have to rent from this location ever again.

Little to no leanancy I am having issues with my payroll company and there was fraud problems. Literally someone talked to me. Told me they would put a note in. But I'm getting charged fees left and right. I still haven't been able to get my check. I'm a single mom and can't afford the accruing fees. Doesn't matter if you talk to someone. Doesn't matter if they tell you they will put a note. Honestly I'm over it. If I didn't need a unit or had time to move all my things. I sure wouldn't be here.

Kelton was very rude I accidentally overfilled the gas tank by 50 dollars trying to do the right thing and asked for a refund at this location since I picked up from another in ogden at half a tank he was very unacommadating I had to call the other office I picked it up from in their lobby to get a refund an as I was leaving he said make sure you dont do that again very irritating and uncomfortable experience thank God the other location was much better!

I've rented trucks for moving here a half dozen times now. Trucks are clean and in good working order. Pre-existing dings have been marked up and I haven't had issues where they're trying to point the finger at me for damage to the truck. The staff is polite and works efficiently. Good uhaul location. Would recommend others to use them for rentals and/or storage. Thank you!
