Please read this review before going here!!! If I could give this place a negative rating I would love to. HEATHER IS THE WORST GM EVER! I wish I would have read others reviews about her. It was very simple. I called, reserved a 26ft truck, it was ready when I came to pick it up. The paperwork was easy and everything worked out perfectly. I was just 11 minutes past close but they have an after hours process that is simple as well. Overall very pleased with my experience.
I had rented a U-Haul in Texas to be a one way back to Utah. The representative in Texas made a mistake and changed it as an in town rental. We took the U-Haul to Clearfield to get some assistance on what to do as the truck needed to be returned to Texas. Nicki (I apologize I am not sure how they spell their name) helped us. I was planning a move across country and scheduled equipment weeks in advance at this location and was told the day before I was supposed to pick it up that I would have to travel to North Logan to get it. That's over an hour away and I did not have time to go get it. Needless to say, I got screwed by U-Haul. Do not waste your time with this place!
