The worst customer service in the world. First they gave us a truck that wasn't road worthy, the right front tire was bald. Then we got accused of using their little dolly because the tag was broken. Have them remove the dolly so you don't get accused of using their crap. Then the manager tried charging use for two days. We rented the truck in the morning and returned it the same 230. Have Kaiden working to help them pick up the equipment & return the equipment. Heather is a very rude individual. She lacks in the most basic customer service skills. As long as she is there, I will not rent anything from this location. Every other time I've rented a truck, Kaiden has been the one to assist me. This last time he was busy & I got stuck with Heather. I've had to deal with rude people in the past but none of them were as incredibly rude & downright inhospitable as Heather Horton. I came to rent a dolly to tow a car, the staff who went to put it in my new truck, dropped the dolly on it and damaged it. The employee offered me $10 for the damage, the company did not want to be responsible for the damage. They are inept

Great customer service! The staff was very friendly and helpful, and they made my experience completely stress-free. Unfortunately, I don’t remember the name of the staff member who assisted me on Saturday at 11:30 am, but I’m very grateful for their support. Thank you so much for making the process so easy!
