If there was a zero I would have clicked on it. Double charged our bill. Still no credit but they blame us. Claimed they had locks broken due to crushing them. Now I have items missing. General manager (Nikki Frey) should be fired. When they answer the phone they claim the manager is a woman the next time you call they say its a man. Lies Lies and more lies. Brad Ling should be overseeing the location. Anyone else have these issues? Add them!

Terrible experience. I went to get the electrical connection done on my truck for my tailer hook up. My appointment was at 12, I finally left at 3:45 and they didn’t even do the correct connection that I wanted. Total waste of my time and money. On the phone I was told my appointment was at 12 and that it would take 30 minutes.
