Never again Called and made appt for a hitch installation. Was told that they had ONE hitch assy left, gave them my credit card info. The morning of the appt., they call and tell me that FedEx didn't get the hitch assy there. I made an appt under the impression that the hitch they had in stock would be installed. Now, am under the gun to find an alternative that fits my timeline. Going to this place now, is NOT one of those alternatives. I'll pay more to avoid giving them my business going forward.
