Billy, the manager at this location, is AWESOME! He went above and beyond to ensure that I had an amazing rental experience. For example, he worked super hard to locate the dollies that I had rented. He also made sure that the 26' truck was upfront for my pick up the next morning and gave me the names of his employees (Francisca and Angie) who would be there when I picked up the truck. This was my first time renting a truck at this location, and it will definitely be my last. I paid full price for the rental, used the truck for 4 miles for less than 12 hours, and dropped it off the same day. Because I didn’t return the truck through the app, they double-charged me for everything. I’ve been using U-Haul for years. This location gave me the worst experience ever — unfair charges and zero understanding. Very disappointing! I wish I have option to give negative review.

Got a 20 feet truck Saturday around 11 and when we are at the office, staff asked about estimated mileage and return time. We put 30 miles and 6pm return. We returned around 10pm and used night drop off to drop off the keys. Only drove for 4 miles total and used the truck for 9 hours instead of 24. The next day I got a bill for two days rental and 3 gallon of gas. When I called they said I needed to return with the app and they found the keys next day after 2pm, hence charged me for two days.
