Of all the truck rental services companies I have used over the years, U-Haul Moving and Storage on S. Santee Fe is the best. I recently switched from another company to them because they were close to our house so we dropped by to measure a trailer and while we were their they offered to price match another trucking company’s online lower price quote. If you are thinking of having them install a trailer hitch and wiring to your vehicle...DON"T. I asked them to install a 7-pole connector. They did, but they only connected four of the circuits. When I explained to the technician that I needed the purple circuit connected so that the hydraulic brake over-ride would work on our boat trailer he told me that a hook up for electric brakes is an extra cost and he would have to order more parts. I would recommend you go elsewhere. buying a used car from them would be a money pit for you. you would have better luck going to a junk yard. They seem to be very friendly and honest until they have your money. and there service is the worst. Do yourself a favor go somewhere else you'll be much happier

Three days after moving all of our stuff into our storage unit we were robbed. My fiance and I went into the office to make them aware of what was going on and the lady at the desk told us that the owner would be in the office in the next couple hours. We came back in to talk to the owner and he not only accused us of lying and stealing our own stuff, he then proceeded to accuse his parents, and finally kicked us out of his storage facility. Seeing is what made me a loyal customer. In 3+ years they have done 3 cars for me, just look on their facebook page 2 are there, they have the work done on time and only ask for money when the work is being done. They let me buy my own parts and they always do an excellent job So I give it a big thumbs up!

Great Experience & solid work. Jeff @ Boulder Muffler is the only place I will take any future muffler/exhaust work; the service was that good & the price was very, very competetive. I would recommend Jeff & Boulder Muffler to anyone & highly, highly recommend you seek out this shop: excellent work, quality service like you hope to find but rarely do & a great price.

DO NOT RENT FROM HERE! Poor customer service full of excuses. They do not believe the customer is always right and three separate times I have had a run in with management in a year and all three times they claimed it was never their fault. They do not hold up their end of the contract. If you are late they charge a late fee, ok completely understandable. But they do not feel required to immediately unlock the unit when you have paid. They will wait days, giving the excuse they have 700 units and can't keep up with them all ... read more
