Large and clean facility with great staff. They were ready with my rental at the specified time. They had me out the door and on the road with zero hassle. I highly recommend this location and will definitely use them in the future.
Horrible customer service!rented a truck on Sunday. Got the truck loaded and ready to go and couldn’t get the back down. Apparently the latch got stuck. Had to wait an hour and 45 minutes for roadside assistance to come out and fix the problem, therefore the movers that I hired had to leave because they had other things to do so I was stuck to unload the U-Haul by myself and couldn’t finish moving because of the inconvenience this caused. Great renting, storage and service center! The staff is kind and knowledgeable. They help you every step of the way. We have gone there many times for renting trucks and trailers, using a storage room, and getting a hitch installed.

Horrible experience; rented a truck reserved with one credit card. When I returned the truck I asked if I could pay with a different Credit Card; they said yes, so I and paid with the second credit card. They erroneously charged the first credit card. When I went to the facility and made them aware of the error, the General Manager told me there was nothing they were going to do about it.
