Great customer’s experience easier. I was in and out in less that 1/2 hours and the person was detail with all the information that covers everything what I want to know.
Absolute horrible customer service from the General Manager. We rented a truck the other day and when we went to our storage unit, we had some problems with it (our fault) so we weren't able to use the truck at all. So we called the office to and simply asked if there was anyway for a slight refund or whatever, A SIMPLE QUESTION, and the GM there gave us such a horrible attitude for even asking and was so condescending.
