If you need to rent a truck then this is the only place you should rent from! The trucks are in great condition and the process is extremely easy and affordable! Safanie is the best representative that I have ever had the pleasure of working with. I've moved many times and this is by far the best U-Haul experience I have ever had. Thank you Safanie for making the stressful process a pleasant one!
The employees at the Germantown location are polite, friendly, professional and get the job done in a timely manner. Couldn't ask for better people to deal with, in person and over the phone. We drove 12 extra miles each way just to deal with them instead of going to the Uhaul site near us (Parklawn Dr) because the Germantown location is run 1000 times better. It was worth the extra money and we will do it again the next time we need a truck.
The most unprofessional staff you will meet don’t communicate or explain anything to you and they leave the office without any message and costumers stand waiting for almost 30 minutes they need to do better
Love renting from this location. I never have an issue here. Amazing customer support! A huge thanks to the manager who assisted me with my billing concerns.
