Terrible customer service. They were so incredibly rude to me over the phone that I cancelled my reservation right there on the phone and took my business elsewhere. U-Haul has treated me well in the past, just don't use this location.
I have been renting through uhaul for years and never had a problem until a month ago , went to pick up a car and the trailer hitch came off and damaged my truck gate and i did purchase the insurance and they said it was their product that was bad that's why it happend and they still won't cover my truck to get fixed after talking to them and I have it on video them saying to me that it's 100%
