Inept employees and put on hold for over 15 minutes.Customer service is dead.
Poor customer service and very rude. Two men I encountered working there, one being the GM, were very disrespectful and condescending toward me and I noticed they were doing the same to most women. Ladies, if you absolutely need to come here bring someone to accompany you, and fellas don’t let your lady go alone. All that attitude with an inventory of dirty trucks. Do better.
The truck I received had a faulty back door open sensor (the warning kept on going on an off). I brought it back a received a replacement truck in no time. I also forgot my ipass transponder when I retunred it and got a call right away that I forgot it. I feel like a lot of uhaul locations get a bad rap, but this place is outstanding,
