The the staff are genuinely friendly and helpful. I would recommend to friends and use this location again simply because of the team here. Every interaction I've had, including with the custodian (who rocks and has a great sense of humor btw) has been pleasant.
Great service, quick and efficient process to check out, clean truck and facility
We rented a truck from them,24hour rental they said if you need an extension to let them know it’s 25 dollars a day. I rented the truck to pick up materials for work. The materials were not delivered in time so we needed another day. We actually needed another hour and a half l. They immediately said no you need to bring the truck back now. They said someone has a reservation and they have a tracker on the truck and will send someone out to reclaim the truck. The truck was due back at 215 it was around 2. Customer service was okay, however there is no customer parking here. Trying to finish paperwork for rental when manager asked to move vehicle - couldn't "guarantee" parking or advise us where to park nearby. Lot was completely full - ended up leaving and renting a truck in Aurora. You have to Uber here to rent their vehicles.
