don’t recommend this location at all, but if you do decide to use this place, make sure you take a picture of the inside as well so they don’t try to charge you for a missing dolly.
The gentleman with the green hat over what looked like dreadlocks was a pleasure to meet when I was stressed out over my move. He was there late Friday night and Saturday when I returned my truck. Wonderful human, you’re lucky to have such a nice person working there
This place is the absolute WORST and this company is the absolute worst. Made reservation in app for 20ft truck with 2 dollies for self pick up. Got there and truck was COMPLETELY blocked in by 3 other trucks. There were also no dollies available despite reserving ahead of time. Two people working the desk inside with a line of ten people. Workers were nice so this is not on them. Since i was unable to do the self pick up i had to go inside and wait about 15 minutes which is exactly what i was trying to avoid by using the ap... read more
Very polite and understanding staff that worked with me through my circumstances. 100% would recommend
The the staff are genuinely friendly and helpful. I would recommend to friends and use this location again simply because of the team here. Every interaction I've had, including with the custodian (who rocks and has a great sense of humor btw) has been pleasant.
