The van was brand new, and amazing for my small move. Customer service was top notch and upon return Lucila walked me out to reassure all was good with my return. Will use them again and I highly recommend them for all your moving needs.
Do not rent from here. On 2 separate occasions they have given me either a 1 apartment sized U-Haul truck with transmission issue then tried to pin it on me after just having pulled out of the parking lot. Second the charge me for a quarter tank of gas that was not filled from the start of the trip again after just pulling out of the lot, even after presenting photo evidence. Customer reps will also lie to your face when listing issues with the vehicles.
Check-in and check out went very well and the team was very courteous and professional. Also good selection of trailers.
