I've been trying to talk to somebody on the phone at both Akron locations for the last two days. I have called multiple times, over twenty in total ,with no answer. In the one time I got someone on the phone. She answered the initial part of the question saying yes, and hung up before I could elaborate to see if they could actually help with my situation. Krista Moon, Greg and the entire team are very customer focused. I rent vechicle storage units here and have been a customer for several years. Best service team of any U-Haul can be found right here at the East Akron facility!
