I'd rate 0 if i could. They towed my uhaul to their facility and had some company supposedly take my possessions out of the uhaul and put them in a unit there. Well when i went to get my things. Stuff was broken. Every single electronic or valuable in there was gone. Every single one. There were irreplaceable data of my son that were on my laptop external hard drives etc. I can never get back the photos and videos of him when he was a babt. Even all my tools.
