This location is convenient and affordable. The staff made the rental seamless and didn't try to upsell us. I would return to this location.
Needed to purchase a trailer hitch but didn’t know the size. Very helpful employee set us up witha beginner set up and even gave tips of how to hook up trailer as we had never done it, and didn’t have the trailer yet. Turned out our spare tire was in the way when we went to pick up the trailer so needed return the following day to uhaul and get exchange unit for a lowered hitch. No problem. No staff on site, they’re in a separate building across the parking lot. Access alarms are never checked. Cameras on doors but not hallways so no evidence recorded if your unit is broken into. Thieves can see into the top of your unit so cover everything valuable with blankets. People regularly walk in through the open roll up doors and wander around the halls, accessing their units and setting off alarms constantly. Have never seen staff show up to investigate alarms. VERY SHADY. Told me my quote number yesterday on a recorded call, and they are not honoring it. Jaquan was confrontational and hostile, I was told there is no manager and that they quit last week, and been transferred 6 times. Bad business and will never do business with them again, would recommend that you don't either.
