I’m a long-haul driver and recently brought a box truck here all the way from California to U-Haul Moving & Storage of Downtown Mobile. The staff here are very nice and friendly, and they treated me with respect and professionalism from the moment I arrived. They also have a proper dock for unloading, which makes the process much easier and safer. The only downside is that the lot is pretty tight for big trucks. So where do I start? I tried booking online but got confused. So I called and the customer service agent was not less than Awesome!!! Then my plans changed so I had to make changes. I tried to use the app but I was afraid to mess up so I called and....the next agent I talked to was awesome too. When I picked up the truck the agent was awesome too.
