The truck I got was dirty inside the cab the windshield was filthy ( from bugs) not to mention the steering wheel is suppose to be sitting straight at 9/3 this ones is sitting at 7/1 .. no I didn’t contact this location due to the fact I drove 150 miles to pick up the truck now waiting on roadside And it’s a 90 min wait..
RecommendedWe first went to the U-Haul at 3411 S Virginia St (different management) and were shocked by the rudeness of the staff and the poor customer service so we left and went to this place and were treated great. If you live in the South Reno area, drive the extra distance and go to this location. We got excellent service here. Night and day difference and WELL worth the extra 5-10 minute drive.
