I used this place for the 2nd time in 2 years for a 26’ truck and both times were great experiences, especially this last time with Ki! He is literally amazing, professional and cares about his job. I’m not sure what you’re paying him but it needs to be more!!
Horrible customer service, I rented a moving van for 24 hours, truck was returned and key was dropped in the lock box drop off. I received a nasty phone call from whoever it was from U-Haul with a straight attitude. No good afternoon, no how are you today, just went right in with a nasty attitude asking if I was planning on returning the truck I had rented.
