My rental experience was excellent - the U-Haul rep was kind, helpful and explained everything in detail which my Father and I appreciated VERY much!
Friendly service. I really enjoy the people here. However, Uhaul company policy allows them to keep the full month's rent if you move out more than two days after it's paid.
General Manager was on running the store exceptionally well. I am a moving help service provider and regularly stop at Uhaul facilities to rent trucks and coordinate Ubox pickups and she was phenomenal. I rented a truck the day before and called the day before a 3 Ubox move and she made sure to call me back to ensure I had enough towing capacity to tow a trailer with 2 Uboxes. We had a trailer and accessories reserved on Thursday and when we came to pick everything up they had nothing ready. The pricing was not the same as quoted and they gave the dolly away to a walk in. It took was 45 minutes mutes to check out. Terrible customer service. They wanted 40 dollars for this box and the trailer was only 20 dollars ridiculous.
