Had a reservation for over a week. Stopped by the office the day before my rental date and all was a go. Show up the next morning to pick up uhaul trailer and was told by a girl at desk that, no trailers were going out today because of a lack of wiring harness ? Staff are very helpful and polite
My rental experience was excellent - the U-Haul rep was kind, helpful and explained everything in detail which my Father and I appreciated VERY much!
Friendly service. I really enjoy the people here. However, Uhaul company policy allows them to keep the full month's rent if you move out more than two days after it's paid.
