I like how clean and safe it is and the workers are friendly the only thing that is odd is how each one says “ k have no idea what your talking about “ then proceed to take my money and seem to know how ? Why say it like that how about sure I will help you ? I mean why would I call for no reason lol
Picked up a 5’x9’ trailer here to transfer a new motorcycle home. Friendly and efficient staff had me on the road in no time. Helped me connect and test the lights without any real work on my side. Thanks for the great service
Thankfully I'm on the first floor, because taking 4+ days to fix an elevator is crazy. When I worked at a hotel and the elevator was broken, we paid for emergency service, so why doesn't this place do the same? Leaving it for 4 days could have serious implications for customers.
Cassie the general manager is very awesome! She is very patient, customer oriented and gives good suggestions & answers all your questions. I have rented a 10 by 15 storage unit for 3 months & rented a Uhaul truck for my out of state move. Had a pleasant experience with everything. I would highly recommend this place due to Cassie's exceptional customer service.
Awful. No leadership just a bunch of kids who have zero idea what they're doing waited for 30 minutes just to be told we would have to go somewhere else. Terrible customer service. Save your time and go somewhere else.
