Cassie the general manager is very awesome! She is very patient, customer oriented and gives good suggestions & answers all your questions. I have rented a 10 by 15 storage unit for 3 months & rented a Uhaul truck for my out of state move. Had a pleasant experience with everything. I would highly recommend this place due to Cassie's exceptional customer service.
Awful. No leadership just a bunch of kids who have zero idea what they're doing waited for 30 minutes just to be told we would have to go somewhere else. Terrible customer service. Save your time and go somewhere else.
Charged me 48 dollars for a one day trip when I brought the truck back on the same day they charged me another 21 dollars this is what happens when they have your debit card info ugh 🤦♂️ I’m like why you over charged me dummy said is you went 30 miles I’m like that’s crazy cause I didn’t only went from UHaul and down the road to buy a twin size bed frame and cam back to U-Haul round trip it was 10 miles !!! Cathy has to be the best worker you have. She hustles around the lot handling customer after customer. I’m guessing she’s doing 3 people’s jobs. She made my pick up and drop super easy. It’s refreshing to see someone who is so good at what she does. Thank you Cathy!! You do great work.
The young man at the counter assisted me with checking the truck out. I could not figure out how to do it on my phone.
