Very rude customer service! Was there to get into my daughter’s unit. She was late paying so they locked it. So, I called her and they paid it. The guy didn’t look at me while I was talking. After they paid it he said I have to go let you in he took off walking 20 feet ahead of me. I didn’t know how to get in because I’ve never been there before. Always a good experience.
I picked up my Uhaul this past Friday It was not a great experience The lady in front was rude and I had to walk a VERY LONG distance to get my truck, any other time I have picked up a U-Haul it’s always either in the parking lot or waiting out in front ready When I finally got to my Uhaul, it was filthy dirty. It stunk, and the gas gauge was in accurate of what I was told.
