I am very pleased to update this review. I heard back today on my complaint. The company has refunded me the total rental fee, minus a charge for one local day, which is fair. Many thanks to those who arrived at this decision. I have revised my rating from a 1 star to 3 stars. I am awaiting disposition of my complaint to Corporate Customer Service, but in the meantime this is what happened. If you are going to charge for fuel, the tank should be full at pick up. I feel I was over charged for fuel when I returned my truck. I refueled to the level it was upon pick up and was charged significantly more when I returned it. The truck was returned after hours or I WOULD HAVE DISPUTED THE ADDITIONAL CHARGES.
Mobile pick up and drop off were very handy! The truck was clean and ready. I had to keep it a bit longer and was not over charged! Thank you!
Easy to reserve the U-Haul ahead of time. Everything was ready on time for pick up and the dolly and moving blankets were already in the truck. Everything went well with the truck and drop off was easy. Would recommend for moving!
