Professional prepared courteous on top of the entire process I felt important from the moment I walked through the door and they made me feel like they had the check in process covered, and I didn’t need to worry about anything great job

Over priced, charged me extra and the rates aren’t actually $19.99/hour. Workers were short and a bit snarky.
Easy to reserve the truck & staff was very friendly
I would never rent from here ever again and I would never recommend anybody step foot in here. After spending hundreds of dollars, I received poor customer service in store, in person, and via email all from different contacts connected to this store. Very strange. Do not come here!
