Very clean location, excellent equipment, friendly and knowledgeable staff.
They gave me a van that had over 125k miles on it and could bearly drive well. Kept shaking like there were no wheels under it. The management is money thirsty! Don't do drop off! Walk in and handle their key then allow them to inspect the vehicle in your presence. They ran into my card on file like they had never seen money before. Charges that I have never ever experienced with any other Uhaul location. Terrible team!!!
Checkout was smooth and quick. I didn’t wait long to pick up the truck. The problem came when I returned it. I waited well over an hour for check-in. The front wasn’t busy, but all the workers were in the back, and it took 15–20 minutes before anyone even acknowledged me. It felt short-staffed. Another issue is that I didn’t receive the rental paperwork until after I left with the truck.
