We received great customer service.
This location was great, friendly, clean and efficient. Great job guys! I use this location all the time, I’m an apartment manager, their availability is always good, store is clean, employees are courteous, they are my go to truck rental location. I send all my associates.
Everything was excellent
The online reservation was simple and easy. The young lady and gentleman at the 251 E. 95th store, that assisted me in the office were so patient and kind. They made the process very easy for me. This has been my usual U-Haul office and I have no plans to change it.
