The online reservation was simple and easy. The young lady and gentleman at the 251 E. 95th store, that assisted me in the office were so patient and kind. They made the process very easy for me. This has been my usual U-Haul office and I have no plans to change it.
Quick and the Truck was clean
I almost see why we as Black people fail when it comes to customer service. I arrived at 6:55 p.m. to return a vehicle. Not only was the lady still in the store but the doors was locked. She even walked outside and acted as if my boyfriend and I was invisible. I did see some negative reviews and I see why. They do have plenty of vehicles but to not close until 7 and then not acknowledge your customers...plain ghetto.
