I had a great experience renting a U-Haul from the East 95th Street location in Chicago. From start to finish, the customer service was friendly, clear, and professional. I rented a truck from September 1 to September 4. Upon pickup, I was able to take photos of the mileage and condition of the truck with no issues. The ladies behind the desk discriminated against me because of my age. I came in smiling, and left unhappy because of their negative energy. I didn’t have accesse which I understood, so I had my parents give a verbal authorization with the 800 number, however, the lady said the representative doesn’t have authorization to do that.
