I had an unbelievably unprofessional experience at the Chantilly, VA U-Haul on March 2, 2025—one of the worst I’ve ever had. I arrived 10 minutes before closing to pick up my pre-reserved truck, and instead of being greeted, the three employees behind the counter hesitated to acknowledge me. Once again, Tyler Waltman shines through! I needed yet another truck rental and was given the best options to choose from. So nice to be able to move through the process without having to worry about second guessing myself. I hope U-Haul has more employees like Tyler. I am glad we chose Chantilly U-Haul!
Everything went smoothly and on time with my UHAUL POD. Everyone I spoke with and met was polite and helpful! I would definitely recommend UHAUL to everyone.
I used them for a U-Box and they did a great job. The box was dropped off and removed exactly when promised.
Great location to deal with!
