Excellent customer service, care, concern and professionalism at the Chantilly location, the one off of Rte 50. The staff is benevolent and kind. The facility has a drive in bay for loading and unloading, I really do appreciate that.
We rented a cargo van from this U-Haul location and had to arrive later than expected, and the team was understanding and flexible. Staff was happy to answer all of our questions. Upon arrival, the first two vans that we were assigned had flat tires. The employees were extremely apologetic and accountable about this issue even though we were not overly concerned as long as we got a vehicle.
