Charlie of U-Haul in Canton ga was a total jerk about 5 mins ago to me and my mother... (10/13/25 at 5pm.) He will probably say he doesn't know when he was, and that's pitiful. If there was an option to not select any stars at all, bc of Charlie and how he represented U-Haul today, id rate them star-less. I got the vehicle so I'm not butt-hurt about anything. Other than the obvious lack of customer service experience he has. Def never coming back here. Thanks to Charlie.

Excellent customer service! Jesse D. has amazing professionalism, is extremely knowledgeable, compassionate and was very helpful. He is just such a good man and genuinely listened to my moving needs and helped me out a lot today. I greatly appreciate it during these difficult times. Give this man a raise! ☺️
The location was easy to access 24 hours. The manager was very helpful when I ran into an issue and had to keep the truck an extra two days he allowed me to wait until my paycheck hit before he charged me. During a move that kind of generosity can make or break a family. I will say the online chat was not very helpful at all.
