Such a wonderful experience! We rented a U-Box and truck to transport it to and from a storage unit to empty it out and ship it north. Picking it up was a breeze, with Cody being super helpful, including the best way to exit left out of the site. The following day, we realized we had one more thing to add to the box, and Charlie pulled our box for us and let us pop the item in and drove it right back into storage, as it was starting to spit rain. All so very pleasant and helpful the whole time. Cannot recommend them enough!

Charlie was very helpful there was an issue when I reserved the U-Haul and he got me going very quickly with a great attitude as well as the other lady that was there and also the woman that checked me in when I returned it, I think her name was Robyn she was super helpful
Had a trailer hitch installed Tuesday, 22 July and now our SUV is clanging and rattling. Do not use U-haul for your trailer hitch installations. Several years ago we had one installed on a different vehicle & different location - asked if we needed to remove items from the back, told no, they removed them and didn't return anything. Took 2 days and getting the police involved. New SUV, new installation, new place = didn't tighten anything. Supposed to leave for trip and haul trailer - scared to death the exhaust or who knows... read more
