Had a trailer hitch installed Tuesday, 22 July and now our SUV is clanging and rattling. Do not use U-haul for your trailer hitch installations. Several years ago we had one installed on a different vehicle & different location - asked if we needed to remove items from the back, told no, they removed them and didn't return anything. Took 2 days and getting the police involved. New SUV, new installation, new place = didn't tighten anything. I had the best customer experience I could have hoped for. The staff is courteous, kind and compassionate. The quality of the trailer was outstanding, the trailer was on hand and ready to rent on very short notice. I was able to take care of my move quickly and efficiently. The price point for my rental was reasonable - best experience ever!
A truck is a truck is a truck, for the most part. You load your stuff in the back, move it, return the truck. The real experience and the true test of a company that rents moving vehicles, is the staff inside the office.
