We have been to this facility before, and we love the employees and how we are treated there. The vehicles are always clean and the store itself is also clean.
I loved that I was able to get the key without having to wait in the long line. The truck drop off was also really awesome and easy through the app. I also received a call about some things that were left in the back of the truck (not by me), but they wanted to make sure I didn't want them before they threw them away. I thought this was very considerate.

U-haul Helped us out greatly when we were in trouble with a broken car. A manager was extremely helping us get back home. The equipment they give us worked great.
