My first and last experience with U-Haul. The lady with blonde hair (owner) was kinda rude and wouldn’t accept my ID. Ending up paying for everything and going out to load up and they said the clearance was too low. So I adjusted the hitch and then they said I can’t take it because of a weight rating. Horrible first experience with them. Just go on marketplace to save you the hassle if you need a trailer.
We have been to this facility before, and we love the employees and how we are treated there. The vehicles are always clean and the store itself is also clean.
