My experience has been good several times I’ve been there, It’s all about the App, taking pictures and dropping it off, that’s where most disgruntled customers seem to come from that I read, walk around first, pictures, pictures at the end, you won’t have a problem.
When I had changed the pick up time on my U-haul 5x8 trailer, I had no idea that U-haul was no going to give my original equipment reserved to someone else and change my pick up location all at once! Ryan (the owner of the Bloomington store) saved my ass! She worked with me and made sure I had the right trailer with a ramp (that was critical)!
