Every time I rent here there is an issue with the computers and the wait is way too long. Computers crashed again today. Spend the money to upgrade.
My truck broke down on me during the rental, I followed U-Haul protocol for roadside assistance. Waited an hour and a half in 4 degrees for a tow. U-Haul continued to charge me - $150 more than the contract price which I shouldn’t have even had to pay with it breaking down on me. I’ve contacted customer service 4 times over the course of almost a month trying to resolve it. I was given a $50 refund, only a fraction of what I was overcharged.
