Very knowledgeable and helpful staff
Heather and the team were amazing. Unfortunately the maintenance team had to replace the AC blower fan fuse before I left the facility. Unfortunately the AC blower fuse gave me trouble throughout the entire ride. I had to adjust it in Arizona, New Mexico, Texas, Mississippi, and Florida. This made for uncomfortable rides at times because I had to ride with no air until I stopped sometimes forced to pull over on the shoulder. The housing for the fuse is the problem. I expect to be credited for this inconvenience.
The experience was perfect. The entire process was flawless. From Renting online to the signing of the agreement and the set up of trailer in Henderson, to the return of the trailer in Santa Barbara. Needed an auto transport to take a vehicle back that broke down. U-haul was Excellent!!!
I’m at a loss for words honestly. How do I describe customer service that is better than perfect? Heather was one of the most amazing people I’ve ever met in life, let alone a business. The charisma and the knowledge of the job was so delightful. I myself work in customer service and I feel like I need to strive to be more like Heather. I don’t know what else to say except THANK YOU!!
