Lmaooo you guys suck. Reserve a cargo van a month ahead of time just for you guys to switch it to a 10 foot truck without communication at all when we absolutely NEED a cargo van, not a truck. Thats why we RESERVED it and not the truck. Now we have to drive all the way to Kalamazoo due to your lack of communucation & incompetence. Do better.
Had a minivan lined up to get a trailer hitch installed Friday afternoon at 3:00. Upon arrival was told they couldn't install anymore, showed email with scheduled install date, they were not interested in providing a solution. Had to use vehicle for an out of state trip on weekend. Had to scramble around to find a receiver and install myself. Very inconvenient. Would not recommend!
