I moved across the country a few weeks ago. Packed literally everything I own up in one of your pull behind tailors. Didn’t realize there wasn’t a single way to lock the trailer to my hitch with the trailer that was provided to me until after I was all packed up. Tried to get ahold of u-haul for hours with no response. I had no other option but to take off anyways. Great staff. I reserved what I needed. On arrival they noticed I needed an additional hitch for my vehicle. They had it in stock and installed it immediately. Great service.
