Very unprofessional and rude.. also lied on how much gas was in the truck they will lie on many mile you drove..Also lied about someone will call i never received that call..I was charge twice i only drove 20 miles, but was charged for 89 miles, but the drop off location was a different location .
It’s beyond shocking this U-Haul facility only has 3.4 starts because I had a 20 outta 5 experience with every single employee here. Long story short I had an unfortunate situation happen with U-Haul at another location that had absolutely nothing to do with this location…. NO EXAGGERATION Savannah, Chris, Calvin, Rome, Andrew led by Mr. Philip turned into a SWAT Team and worked together as a team and took care of everything - all I had to do was make 1 phone call. 99.9999% of businesses with “the problem” I had would’ve sai... read more
