Unfortunately, the Lady employee did not have great customer service skills nor did she try to offer me a box truck once I was denied for renting a cargo van because they only take credit card, if you want a cargo van. She didn’t recommend me to another store or offer me to get a box truck if I was paying with cash or debit card. Go to the country club location. It is nearby. They have five star customer service skills and got me in a 10ft NO CREDIT CARD NEEDED!!!!!!
The experience was frustrating from start to finish. Customer service was rude, we were misled about the location, and we paid for space that was partially unusable because of two large pillars in the unit. During the interaction, the employee was dismissive, rolled her eyes while speaking to us, and the move-out process was handled unprofessionally. I’m currently 20 weeks pregnant, and the added stress from the way we were treated made the experience even worse. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience.
I can't think of anything negative or lacking at their facility. When I do, I'll update here lol.
The staff was great. I rented a van from you guys, once I rented one from Home Depot, your van was much easier to handle then Home Depot. Would recommend anybody to you guys
