I just want to take a moment to thank Anita Perry, store manager, for her incredible kindness and thoughtfulness during a really hectic day. It was blazing hot, and we were in the middle of moving—already a stressful task—but with two toddlers in tow, it was especially tough. Out of nowhere, she showed up with popsicles for the kids. In and out quickly.
Terrible experience due to bald headed worker guy at the desk telling us the systems are down with no solution to the problem then proceeds to have an attitude with us and tells us we have the attitude. We are in the middle of moving and needed the truck when we reserved it and he didn’t say anything to us other than the system is down. No manager was called no solution happened and we left unsatisfied and no answers. Good job on not doing your job you’re great at it. The service was great from start to finish. The representative that assisted me at the store provided great insight on how the process works.
Friendly people at the front desk, easy to check in by the time I picked up the truck, truck in good conditions.
