Spoke to a woman last night who told me they could get me in this morning at 7 am for a car electrical wiring, only it turns out the specialist wasn't scheduled until 11. I found out upon arrival. Then it's revealed he is fully booked and I can't be helped despite being assured they could get me taken care of. I leave for Chicago today and now I run the risk of tickets. I forget the name the one working as a sales man & the lady setting next to him. They took advantage on me this is not far bro overcharged me.maybe you get commission 🤔 renting truck & tralier on July 2nd over charged more then $2,000 I wish to get refunded me almost pay $5,000 & get me the truck take a lot of fuel ⛽️
What an irritating group of folks that work here. I always have run ins with them. Claiming I damaged a trailer when the damage is clearly seen in the pre-rental photos I took. It's not their protocol for people to do this, and they always look irritated at me for taking the photos, but when doing business with these sorts of people, you have to. Also, when renting equipment, always ask for the full 24 hours. They charge you for 24 hours anyway, and if you think you need 4 hours but then need to extend it within the 24 hours... read more
