The manager mike is rascist. My husband who is Asian came in to get a hitch installed, was treated rudley by mike. My husband accidently selected the wrong truck model online for the apt. My husband asked for our model and he automatcily said "we dont have that". My husband wrote a reveiw on the page and CS reache out and gave us a gift card for for my hisaband being treated so rudley by Mike. Also Mike could of helped my husband but decided not to. We will be going to anoth U haul.
rented an auto transport trailer, confirmed pick up at 12 noon, get here their system says confirmed, but no trailer. then I'm told I can drive to Nashville to pick up a dolly, poor customer service. I ordered a trailer not a dolly, uhaul tells me its ready and get there, no trailer. then I'm told to wait another 45 minutes to an hour for a "possible" return. I wont be using uhaul after this
