Phenomenal service and very professional staff. My pickup was so easy and Ralph (owner) was so friendly. Saw him personally helping staff clean and sanitize each of the trucks. Will definitely come to this location again to pick up a U-HAUL.
Despite calling the uhaul reservation number and making a reservation over the phone, after which o was told my name is attached to a vehicle, I showed up and there was no vehicle. The staff were very dismissive and rude
The staff quickly got my rental ready and explained everything
