Excellent service from start to finish.
Horrible nobody wants to work me and another guy has been sitting outside waiting for propane over 45 min I went inside and they said the guy just went on break you have to wait meanwhile three people are sitting there doing nothing.this is ridiculous this is the third time and it's the same people nobody wants to work
I emailed this location via the U-Haul portal on 12/18/2025 and did not receive a response. On 12/30/2025, I called to speak with the manager, Ralph to resolve an issue involving unusual circumstances caused by unclear communication on U-Haul’s behalf, which ultimately resulted in my U-Haul being repossessed with my personal belongings still inside.
