The store manager Ralph is cool, and the store associate Terrell(hopefully I spelled his name correctly) have good customer service. The lady Nayenta(if that’s how you spell it) has a very confrontational approach to her job. I think it sours the experience for most people that do business here.
If I could give zero stars I would. We rented a truck for 2 days. Picked it up Friday, dropped it off Sunday. They inventoried it the next day charging us an extra day and then the next day. We will never use this location again. Had to call customer service for them to stop.
They close at at 7:00 pm but they didn’t want to give service at 6:45
I’ve used this location several times over the years, twice in the last 2 weeks. They’re always stocked with trucks and supplies. You’re usually in and out in about 5-10 mins even if there is a line. Customer service is 10/10 from my experience. Mr Ralph is very knowledgeable, patient and goes above and beyond with customers. Carlos is another great associate.
