Our experience with this facility was incredibly disappointing. Our storage unit was auctioned despite us calling to resolve the issue and providing a credit card to keep the account current. An employee mistakenly used the card only to pay the outstanding balance instead of setting up the ongoing payment arrangement we had requested.
