Tynaiah M was a pleasure, so friendly and helpful! Nice new looking facility, decent parking, clean and much nicer than some other UHAULs I've been to.
Found out (the hard way) that the great staff that used to be at Urbana are now all here. I will definitely be hitting this facility for all our moving needs from now on even though it is further from our house. They helped us so much last weekend fix the mistakes Urbana made. And they were so kind and professional. I remember being a bit bummed when I realized the manager had changed at Urbana but I am very glad to see she is still with U-Haul. I can never remember her name but she is FANTASTIC!
U boxes are great choices for smaller apartments!
