Really friendly staff. Great rates and didn't overcharge on anything.
Very frustrating to deal with. You need to go through multiple answering machines just to talk to them, but you usually talk to the central call centre instead. I asked for my u box to be kept outside for 2 days but instead they kept it out for 3 hours and put it inside WITHOUT INFORMING ME. I went to the location and saw that the u box was locked into the secure location, and the store had closed. Either book self storage, or go to another location. Do not book u boxes.
Reserved two dollies and when we got there they said they had no dollies, as if that's not the most important part of the reservation.
