The all time worst experience in my 59 years of existence. I lease a unit from this u-haul facility, a couple months ago. After signing my lease, I went to my storage unit, which is next to a landscape business that has piles of dirt, debris, and landscape materials. These materials are a prime breeding ground for rodents. After seeing the rodent/rat trap in my storage unit, I rented. I went back to address with lady that rented me the unit. Great customer service and experience renting a 10 ft uhaul truck and trailer for an out of state move. Thank you for all of your help Nina, Glen, and Trevor.
I had reserved a truck for a day. When I got there I was informed that I had to be there at 8:30 AM. Since it was after 9, they had rented my truck to someone else. I told the people on the phone that I may arrive around 9 or after when I made my reservation. They said ok, but I don't recall anyone telling me I had to call in that morning if I was going to be late. Anyway, they were able to find me another truck. The truck was very clean.
