The gentleman who took care of us Friday night and Saturday night went above and beyond was super friendly and nice. The best UHual associate I have dealt with.
After an absolutely terrible experience with the U-Haul off Buttermilk road, in Cottondale, who installed a defective Curt trailer hitch that they refused to replace with one that would work, a very helpful man at the Skyland location removed it and replaced it with one that did work. I hate I can't remember his name, so I could give him credit for listening to me, instead of brushing me off like the man from the other U-Haul, and for helping me out so that I would have a working trailer hitch, rather than a non working defe... read more
Be proactive and schedule ahead for busy move in/out times in a college town! We scheduled online and in store, both very easy processes. This location is very convenient and if you’re not super confident driving a big truck, you can go the back way and avoid McFarland all together! Mr. Tony and the rest of the staff we encountered were professional and friendly!
