Worst customer service. Go somewhere else.
Fast, friendly, efficient
No accountability or follow through to make things right. The drivers used my yard instead of my driveway for their truck and got stuck. We spent hours getting their truck and lift out using old scrap carpet and plywood sheets I had. Made a complete mess of my yard but they told me they would make it right and have dirt fill brought in. I even thanked them and offered to pay and tip them when they did but they ghosted.
Very disappointing experience at this U-Haul location. A friend went in to get items from his U-Box and pick up a van he had reserved the previous day after paying a settlement. The desk employee, Angel, became argumentative insisting he had been told years ago (in 2023) about a 24-hour rule on retrieving the U-box although he explained it was arranged online in 2023 and he never spoke to anyone in person regarding the pick-up rule.
